What certificates can I create with RhinoCert?

RhinoCert produces digital electrical certificates designed to record the information required by BS 7671. Certificate types include EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Reports), EIC (Electrical Installation Certificates, single or multi-signature), and Minor Works Certificates (MEIWC).

Is RhinoCert up to date with BS 7671 Amendment 4?

Yes. Certificate content follows BS 7671:2018 as amended, up to and including Amendment 4 (2026).

Can I use RhinoCert with my scheme membership (NICEIC, NAPIT)?

Yes. Add your scheme’s logo (NICEIC or NAPIT, for example) and we check your business against the Electrical Competent Person register before it appears on your certificates. We re-check at least every six months.

Does RhinoCert work offline?

Yes. RhinoCert is built offline-first — you can create, edit, and save certificates with no internet connection, and your work syncs automatically when you’re back online.
